Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Repurposr website and application (the "Service"), operated by Repurposr ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Repurposr is a SaaS web application that uses AI to generate platform-optimized social media content from text, URLs, or topics provided by the user. The Service is available at repurposr.co.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Repurposr. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at heidi@heidihh.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not share your account with others.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.
• Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. Lemon Squeezy handles VAT collection and remittance.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time via your Lemon Squeezy billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Unused generations do not roll over between months.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases of a paid plan. To request a refund, contact us at heidi@heidihh.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Refunds for subsequent billing cycles are not provided unless required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Repurposr to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Circumvent generation limits by creating multiple accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

Content you input into Repurposr remains yours. Content generated by the AI is provided to you for your use; we claim no ownership over outputs. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

8. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content generated by the Service. Repurposr does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of generated content for any purpose.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repurposr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
