Repurposr ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website repurposr.com and the web application at repurposr.co. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Repurposr:

• Account information: Your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth) when you create an account.
• Profile data: Brand voice settings (brand name, tone, key phrases) that you save within the app.
• Usage data: Generation counts and plan status to enforce subscription limits.
• Payment information: Handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy — we never see or store your card details.

2. Content You Submit

When you paste text, URLs, or topics into Repurposr, that content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate posts. We do not store your input content on our servers. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy. Anthropic does not use API data to train models.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Repurposr service
• To enforce subscription plan limits
• To process payments via Lemon Squeezy
• To send transactional emails (password reset, subscription confirmation)
• To respond to support requests

4. Data Storage

Account data and brand voice profiles are stored in Supabase, hosted on secure cloud infrastructure in the EU region. Data is protected by row-level security — only you can access your own data.

5. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Anthropic Claude — AI content generation
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at heidi@heidihh.com. You may also delete your account directly within the app.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

9. GDPR (EU/EEA Users)

If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data. Our legal basis for processing your data is the performance of our contract with you. To exercise your rights, contact heidi@heidihh.com.

10. Children's Privacy

Repurposr is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a notice within the app.
